Customer Project: Down Balaclava

• I made this to go with the down quilt that I made a few years ago. I had some down leftover from that so I looked up a free pattern on the internet for a down balaclava and I used that as a template. This weighs exactly 100g, has 3oz of down and 1" no-see-um mesh baffles.

• Required Materials:

  - 1.0 oz hyper D ripstop - royal blue
  - 0.5oz no-see-um mesh
  - Atwood rope drawstrings and KAM snaps to close. 
  - Grosgrain tabs leftover from my RBTR UL tarp kit will hook the bottom of the hat to my quilt for sleeping at night.
